Whilst that article was specifically targeted at Farm Workers, the need for good health and safety training is relevant in any sector. When it comes to Managers and Supervisors in the workplace, they have additional responsibilities for safety, after all, they are responsible for the health, safety and welfare of other people as well as themselves.
